1. Karim was the Project Director leading office fit-outs instigated by an end of lease relocation or by rationalisation of office space.

2. The role required a lot of liaison with the client team, not just the real estate department, but all departments to ensure the new spaces were utilised properly.

3. As the workspace was being used as a tool to recruit and above all retain the right talent, the design team were supported by a variety of HR consultants, interior designers/ergonomics experts in order to achieve this.

4. The stakeholder engagement was demanding but resulted in the best possible work spaces being delivered for clients such as Nokia Siemens Networks France, Microsoft France or Credit Suisse.
