Scope: Project Director at Mace

o   Value Delivered:

1.      Karim was the Project Director of a €140M luxury mixed-use development.

2.      Karim led the project from its inception to the completion of all infrastructure works and enabling services (this included Stage 4 design fully coordinated).

3.      Mace Spain was appointed by Eagle Hills to provide overall Programme Management of its projects in Morocco so the team was formed of Mace Spain employees and the internal reporting was provided to Mace Spain MD, with whom Karim worked closely to ensure the highest quality service was provided to a key client.

4.      Karim led a multidisciplinary team and managed client relationships by travelling between Tetouan and Rabat weekly to hold in-person meetings with Eagle Hills Morocco MD and Senior Management.

5.      The client engagement was multilingual. French and Arabic with Morocco based teams, English with UAE based client team members and Spanish with the Mace Spain team. The ability to relate to people in their respective languages made communication efficient and helped establish trust and long-term relationships.
